Before sending your machine/ appliance down to our service center, please file a request on the issues that you need assistance. Our support team will review your request and keep you inform via e-mail.
In most case, the fault could be due to application issue and can be resolved without bringing down the machine/ appliance. We highly recommend you to check the user guide before filling in the request.
A typical diagnose & repair service may takes 3-5 business days. The repair turnaround time might be longer if the required parts/modules are not avaliable locally at BrewRatio. In such scenario, we will keep you informed of the repair turnaround time.
* Do note that that we are not able to repair or service 110V models as all our replacement parts are rated in 220V.
