Before submitting your machine/appliance to our service center, please file a request with the issues you need help with. Our support team will review your request and keep you updated via email.
In many cases, the problem may be due to application issues and can be resolved without sending in the machine/appliance. We strongly suggest you consult the user guide before filing the request.
The typical diagnostic and repair service may take 3-5 business days. The repair timeline may be longer if the necessary parts/components are not available locally at BrewRatio. In such cases, we will inform you of the repair timeline.
Considering the intricacy involved in repairing the machine, all repairs must be carried out at our service center including warranty claims. BrewRatio does not offer on-site technician services.
* Please note that we cannot repair 110V models as our replacement parts are rated for 220V.
