• Vouchers can be redeemed for any product available on thebrewratio.com.
• To use a voucher, enter the voucher code in the "Coupon Code" field on the Cart page.
• Multiple voucher codes may be stacked and used together in a single purchase.
• If the total order value exceeds the total voucher amount, the remaining balance can be paid using your preferred payment method.
• Any unused balance from a redeemed voucher will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Voucher Value & Purchase

• BrewRatio Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of S$10, S$50, S$100, and S$1,000.
• Customers may purchase multiple vouchers in any denomination.
• Each voucher purchased will be issued with an individual, unique voucher code.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

Validity

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
• Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.

Delivery of Vouchers

• Voucher codes will be sent automatically to the purchaser's registered email address once payment is confirmed.
• Customers with a BrewRatio account may also view their purchased voucher codes under "My Account > Orders."
• The email will contain all issued voucher codes, their corresponding values, and instructions for redemption.
• No physical voucher will be issued. All BrewRatio Gift Vouchers are digital only and delivered electronically.

Usage & Limitations

• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
• Each voucher code is single-use and valid for one transaction only.
• Vouchers are valid online at thebrewratio.com only.
• BrewRatio reserves the right to verify voucher authenticity before acceptance.
• The value of one voucher cannot be transferred or combined with another voucher.

Lost or Misused Codes

• Please treat your voucher code like cash. Lost, stolen, or misused codes cannot be replaced or reissued once used.
• BrewRatio is not responsible for the loss or unauthorized use of the voucher.

Prohibited Uses

• Do not use a voucher for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Do not sell or exchange a voucher for cash or other prepaid instruments.
• Only purchase vouchers from BrewRatio or authorized channels.
• Do not attempt to claim or use a voucher if you are not the intended recipient.

Amendments

• BrewRatio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The above list is not exhaustive. Any activity that may harm our customers, reputation, or operations is prohibited.
• Misuse of vouchers or breach of these terms may result in voucher revocation and/or account action.
