BrewRatio Warranty Registration
BrewRatio’s product warranty that comes with your recent purchase varies by branding and models. Period coverage is stated at the product page itself for products eligible for warranty. BrewRatio’s warranty only covers locally in Singapore.
Warranty coverage does not include or may void due to:
- Accumulation of scale in, on, or around the water circuit of an espresso machine.
- Preventable clogs in grinders or dosing mechanisms.
- Failure to adhere to the manufacturers’ recommended maintenance schedule and procedures.
- Cosmetic damages (examples include scratches, imprint/water marks, cracks and dents, stains, etc.)
- Failure of normal wear and tear items (e.g. group gaskets, wear seals, shower screens, etc.).
- Use of the product for any purpose other than those stated by the manufacturer (e.g. commercial use of a product intended for home use).
- Removal of the product from its intended region of use (e.g. Taking the product on vacation with you to another country, or permanently moving the product outside of the country in which it was purchased).
- User error and/or negligence (e.g. improper reassembly of parts, improper storage, etc.).
- Products that have been damaged directly or indirectly from the use of a third party product.
- Products damaged as a result of acts of nature e.g. fire, flood, or lightning.
- Products damaged as a result of connection to irregular current or voltage sources, or use on electric or other current or voltage other than that marked on the Product, or any instruction book.
- Perform a repair done by consumers themselves OR someone without the professional related expertise.
- Products for which a consumer has no Proof of Purchase or for which the applicable Warranty Period has expired.
- Damage sustained from shipping and/or handling, or damage due to any of the above circumstances.
