REPAIR & MAINTENANCE SERVICE
BrewRatio provides repair services on Breville & Solis models that are listed on our website. This includes popolar machine like barista express & barista pro. All repairs are done professionally in-house by BrewRatio, not going through any 3rd party general repair services or agents.
A typical diagnose & repair service takes up to 7 business days. The repair turnaround time might be longer if the required parts/modules are not avaliable locally at BrewRatio. In such scenario, we will keep you inform of the repair turnaround time.
* Please note that that we are not able to repair 110V models as all our replacement parts are rated in 220V.
General Diagnose & Repair on Breville/Solis Machine
Exclude any parts replacement- Diagnose of the failed machine
- General repair excluding any part replacement
- General cleaning and flushing of espresso machine
$120 for machine bought elsewhere.
General diagnose & repair involve/refer to fixing the machine without replacing any parts/modules. In the event that additional parts/modules need to be replaced, please refer to below for the price list on the additional charges which will be added to the repair job.
For parts/modules that are not listed below, our technical team will advise you before attempting to replace any parts/modules.
