Utilize the Swift Doser to enhance your coffee preparation process with the following steps:
- Bean Input: Weigh your coffee beans using the Swift Doser and pour them into your bean hopper.
- Docking and Grinding: Attach the Swift Doser to the grind cradle and gently push it in to activate the grinding process. Allow the coffee grounds to collect in the Swift Doser.
- Settling the Grounds: Lightly tap the Swift Doser to ensure an even distribution and settling of the coffee grounds inside the doser.
- Dose Measurement: At this point, weigh the dose using the Swift Doser to verify that you have the desired amount for your shot.
- Portafilter Placement: Position your 54mm Portafilter directly over the Swift Doser. The Swift Doser is designed to fit perfectly with the Breville 54mm Portafilter.
- Transferring the Grounds: Flip both the Swift Doser and the portafilter together to transfer all the coffee grounds from the Swift Doser to your portafilter.
- Complete Transfer: Rotate and lightly tap the base of the Swift Doser to ensure all the coffee grounds are successfully transferred to your portafilter.
- Docking the Swift Doser: Return the Swift Doser to the grind cradle while you focus on tamping your coffee grounds.
