What Do I Do If There Are Missing Accessories or Item In My Package?

In some cases, manufacturer might have updated the included accessories in their package. These new packages’ content might not be reflected in our website’s product page. We recommend you to cross check the included accessories with the instruction manual that come with your product.

If you believe the product you received have missing accessories or items, do reach out to our Customer Service at [email protected].

If you have received a product with missing accessories or items, it must be reported within 5 business days upon receiving it. Claims reported after 5 business days will be rejected.
