What do i do if there are missing accessories or item in my package?

In certain instances, manufacturers may update the accessories included in their product packages. These updated packages may not be reflected on our website’s product pages. Therefore, we advise you to verify the included accessories by referring to the instruction manual that accompanies your product.

If you believe that the product you received is missing accessories or items, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected].

Please note that any reports of missing accessories or items must be made within 5 business days of receiving the product. Claims reported after this 5-day period will be denied.
