What do i do if my product is damaged?

We take every effort to ensure that your purchases are well-protected during shipment, but unforeseen incidents can occur. It is important to inspect the contents of your package promptly upon receipt, even if you do not plan to use the product immediately.

If you believe that the product you received is damaged or broken, please discontinue its use and contact our Customer Service at [email protected]. It is advisable to document any damage by taking photographs and/or videos.

Please retain all packaging materials, including both the shipping and manufacturers’ packaging, as they are necessary for processing a damage claim.

In the event that you have received a damaged product, it is crucial to report it within 5 business days of receipt. Claims reported after this timeframe will regrettably not be accepted.
