Does BrewRatio ship internationally?

BrewRatio offers international shipping to most countries worldwide, with the exception of certain products that have specific electrical voltage requirements. Before ordering espresso machines, grinders, or electrical products, please ensure that you check the voltage standard/requirement in your country/region.

Similarly, before ordering roasted coffee beans, please check for any prohibitions or restrictions on importing roasted coffee beans in your country, such as weight limits, quantity restrictions, or agricultural crop prohibitions. If a shipment is returned to BrewRatio due to such restrictions, any associated fees and losses will be deducted from your refund.

It is important for customers to conduct due diligence and verify if any products they intend to purchase are prohibited or restricted from being imported into their country. BrewRatio cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from import restrictions or prohibitions.

International deliveries by BrewRatio are carried out by international courier companies. The shipping time provided on our website is an estimated indication given by the courier companies themselves. BrewRatio is not responsible for any delays that may occur during the delivery process.

Please note that deliveries by international courier companies are made on business working days (Monday to Friday), and the specific delivery hours may vary. To confirm the delivery hours in your region, please contact the customer service of the respective international courier company.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are non-delivery days, unless specified otherwise in advance or special arrangements have been made and communicated to BrewRatio.
