How to file a warranty claim?

BrewRatio has implemented an enhanced and automated process for warranty claims to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Before sending your machine/appliance to our service center, please submit a request detailing the issues you need assistance with. Our support team will review your request and provide further guidance. You can use the following link to file a warranty claim:

For all BrewRatio warranty claims, we require your invoice number for verification. Please provide the invoice number when filling out the form. It’s important to note that BrewRatio reserves the right to reject warranty claims that have missing or invalid invoice numbers. Below are the invoice number formats for purchases made through different platforms:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXX (14-digit Order Number) – Lazmall Authorized Store
BR00XXXX – BrewRatio’s website
1-XXXX – Showroom Receipt (found at bottom right of the receipt)
INV00XXX – Direct Invoice

For all Solis warranty claims, please contact the Solis customer service team before reaching out to BrewRatio for repair. You can reach Solis through the following channels:

If you are filing a warranty claim for a Solis product, please select “Solis Warranty Repair” under the job type in the description. For all other warranty claims, select “Warranty Repair” instead.


Once you have submitted your warranty claim request, you will receive an email containing a Job ID and a unique QR code to link to your warranty request. Our support team will review your claim and provide further instructions.

Once we have verified your warranty claim, you will receive an email advising you to bring your machine/appliance to our service center for repair. Please proceed to book an appointment using the following link:
