If you require assistance with an issue on your machine/appliance, please submit a repair request before bringing it to our service center. Our support team will carefully review your request and provide further guidance. You can access the repair request form using the following link:
For repair jobs that are not covered under warranty, please select “Standard Repair” as the job type in the description section of the form.
Once you submit your request, you will receive an email containing a unique Job ID and QR code, which will be linked to your repair job request. Our support team will review your request and provide you with additional instructions.
Please ensure that the repair job you are requesting is applicable to a supported model by BrewRatio and operates at 220V. Requests that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.
After verifying your request, we will send you an email advising you to bring your machine/appliance to our service center for repair. Please proceed to book an appointment with us using the following link:
