Order processing time will be stated at both cart summary & checkout pages. Freshly roasted bean will take an additional 1-2 business days to process. Under unforeseen circumstances, our team will inform you via e-mail if we need more time to process your order.
BrewRatio’s coffee beans are freshly roasted to order. Hence, the processing time will take longer compared to buying beans off-the-shelf.
If you have mixed order of coffee beans and other stocked merchandises, we will ship it together when your fresh coffee beans are ready.
