Do you provide off-site repair service?

To ensure that your machine/appliance is handled with the right equipment and tools, all repair services are carried out exclusively at our in-house service center. The address is provided below:

If you are unable to bring your machine/appliance in person, you have the option to self-arrange a point-to-point service such as Lalamove or GrabExpress for sending it to our repair center. However, before arranging the service, please contact our team via WhatsApp to confirm that someone will be available at our repair center to receive your machine/appliance.

Similarly, if you are unable to collect your machine/appliance in person, you can self-arrange a point-to-point service for its collection from our repair center. Prior to arranging the service, please ensure that you have cleared the payment for the job and contact our team via WhatsApp to confirm that your machine/appliance is ready for pickup.
