Does BrewRatio provide repair or replacement for warranty claim?

If a defect is identified within 7 days of the purchase date, and it is determined that the issue is not a result of user mishandling, BrewRatio will offer a one-time replacement of the main unit (excluding the box and accessories). This one-time replacement also applies to other accessories covered by the warranty.

If the warranty period has surpassed 7 days from the date of purchase, BrewRatio will provide repair services instead. If necessary, certain faulty modules identified in the unit may be replaced during the repair process.
