Can i change the products in my order?

Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be modified or adjusted. However, if you need to make changes to your order, you can send an email to [email protected] to request the changes. Please note that intercepting an order for changes may require additional processing time and could result in additional charges. It’s important to understand that requests for changes are not guaranteed.

In the event that a cancellation is approved, BrewRatio will refund 97% of the order payment. This deduction of 3% is to cover transaction charges associated with processing the order cancellation or changes.
