The Bellezza brewing unit installed in our Bellona is an in-house creation and has a very high longevity as there is no water contact with any copper. An excellent choice for every home barista.

The Bellona has mastered this art thanks to its dual boiler system that keeps the brewing temperature for the custom made E61 brewing unit at a constant level: independent from the steam temperature of the milk frother.

9 BAR PRESSURE EXTRACTION

Espressos are most balanced when extracted at 9 bar pressure and the Bellona is factory-tuned to give you that perfect pressure.

PROGRAMMABLE PRE-INFUSION & SHOT TIMER

Timing is a deciding factor when it comes to espresso. Too long and it’ll turn bitter. Too short and it won’t have the right pep. With the help of a programmable timer, you can set the time right to the second whenever you want separately for pre-infusion and extraction.

DUAL PID CONTROLLER

The dual PID Controller helps you get the most out of your espresso powder. The Controller lets you adjust temperature as required individually on each boiler.

FAST STARTUP

The Bellona only takes around 3-4 minutes to heat up to temperature. Enjoy true espresso minus the wait time.

ECO MODE

Perfect espresso can also help protect the environment. When on ECO Mode, our machines require less energy to warm up.
